Grammy BREAKING HITS

During music’s most celebrated week of the year, BREAKING HITS delivered one of the most talked-about independent events of Grammy Week with a packed, high-energy celebration at Zouk Los Angeles on Thursday, January 29.

With over 1,000 attendees in the building, the event brought together Grammy nominees, award-winning creatives, music executives, artists, influencers, tastemakers, and fans for a night that blended elite performance with authentic community energy.

The stage featured standout performances from artists on the BREAKING HITS platform, including 5x Grammy-winning vocalist Candace “SupaStarC” Wakefield, international pop artist Lika O, and recording artists Justin Park, Jojo Tua, and 20XII — each delivering dynamic sets that reflected the platform’s diverse and global reach.

Making notable appearances throughout the evening were Grammy-nominated creatives Mixx and Paula, recognized for their 2026 Grammy-nominated work on Teyana Taylor’s album. Also in attendance were rising group 3Quency from the Netflix series Building the Band, acclaimed rapper King Los, Brooklyn rap star Rowdy Rebel, and rapper Chef Sean.

The executive presence was equally strong, highlighted by music industry veteran Jeff Blue — widely recognized for discovering and signing Linkin Park — underscoring the high-level industry attention surrounding BREAKING HITS.

Brand partners and media activations elevated the experience even further. Patrón had a strong presence throughout the evening with a specialized bar, adding to the premium atmosphere of the celebration. Inside the BREAKING HITS Creator Corner, entertainment personality Gabrielle Wright conducted exclusive red-carpet and backstage interviews, while Kent Speakman of KNEKT TV led additional activations and media moments — creating a high-impact content hub that captured the energy of the night.

Providing the soundtrack for the celebration were featured DJs DJ CJ and Selena Sofia, who kept the crowd energized from red carpet arrivals to the final track of the evening.

Guests entered along a red carpet flanked by exotic vehicles presented by VEM Exotics, creating a cinematic and elevated arrival experience fitting for Grammy Week.

More than just a party, the BREAKING HITS Grammy Week takeover at Zouk represented a defining cultural moment — reinforcing the platform’s growing influence as a bridge between emerging artists and established industry leaders. From headline performances and executive networking to brand integrations and creator-driven media coverage, the night solidified BREAKING HITS as a major force during one of music’s most competitive weeks.
